The knife works well for meat, vegetables, all purpose!Sep 15, 2010
By Forest7 The Wusthof "Grand Prix II" Boning Knife, 5" works well for boning, and cutting meats and vegetables. It is an all-purpose kitchen knife. It has an excellent feel and is quite sharp.
