It Doesn't SuckJul 17, 2010
It's portable and I use it more than any of my other cutting boards - that's because I use it for making drinks and I do more of that than anything else. It's a decent cutting board. What else can I say? It's wood, it's small, it's not a cheap piece of junk,

I bought my grandson a set of Wusthof knives for a collage graduation gift and Amazon showed the cutting board, so I ordered it for him as well.
He was so excited when he opened the gift and loved the knives and cutting board as well.
I wanted one too and ordered the very last one on-line. When it came I cut several things on it and just love it. It is just the right size and I did not notice any knife cuts appearing. I keep it next to the knife rack so it is handy to pull out whenever I need it. I had bought another Bamboo cutting board that is larger and heavier, but it hasn't been used much and already has knife cuts in it - and it was bought a couple weeks before the Wusthof cutting board. The Wusthof board is nicer than the more expensive one. You can't go wrong with it and certainly the price is right.

As other reviews said, this is not very heavy and therefore perhaps bad for slicing as it might not stay in place. But for paring, chopping or dicing some chicken breasts, fruit or vegetables , this is more than enough (i'm not suggesting cutting meat and fruit with the same board). It's especially useful when you don't have a lot to cut and don't want to pull off and then wash the large cutting board.
As always, read the description before making online purchases. There's no reference of sizes in the photo. So? read the size spec and find a measure tape.

Nice size board- perfect for my kitchen. Easy to clean and no odor transfer. Great price. I paid more for a different one in the past and it got stinky really fast and split in half.

I purchased this cutting board about a month ago, and I love it. It's pretty small, so it probably won't serve all your cutting needs, but it's perfect for cutting cheese or small quantities of vegetables or meat. Its size also makes it easy to put away. It feels solid, cleans easily, and the underside has pads so it doesn't rub directly on the countertop. I definitely prefer it over the plastic cutting boards that I've used previously, which have tended to warp.
