the cup of the first set of china arrived broken. amazon replaced it within a few days for free. i was very pleased with the quick turn-around.
packaging around the china could have been more cushioned and secure. the interior boxes were crushed in both shipments.

I got this china place setting as a Christmas gift. The original set contained a small defect on one of the plates, but amazon.com has EXCELLENT customer service and replaced it free of charge and without hassle. The place setting is beautiful but simple, and perfect for any occasion.

The bride and groom had selected this china pattern at a local department store. When I found it wasn't in stock and would take a month to order and receive from their warehouse, I checked Amazon. Not only was it in stock but it was priced less than the department store's "sale" price. I received my Amazon order in a couple of days. All the pieces were in perfect condition and first quality.
