"Recovering workout man"
This belt works fine. I have lost a couple of inches from my stomach because I gained weight while being off of work for five weeks due to a back injury. It also is excellent for the back pain. I bought it a year ago and used it and it does produce heat to burn away fat. But be aware that people think putting it on for 20 minutes and taking it off will be enough. The instructions included does suggest to get on a diet of vegetables and lean meats. I go as far as integrating the sauna twin into your workout routine. I have a stationary bike with which I wear the sauna twin and run on it for at least 30minutes then I combine the routine with some crunchies. Also on the vegetable and lean meat diet. In 4 months I lost 20 lbs and never looked back so if your thinking of just sitting down then it might take a year before taking 20 lbs off.

I bought This Original Sauna Twin Heating Belt System. It doesn't work. It just heat up least than 5 minutes, then the temperature will drop down. I watched those videos about this belt on youtube. But the result is very very poor.

i used it like 2 times a day for 2 weeks with diet and it doens work , but works great when you have i had my period, i put it in my belly and it is wonderful! lol
