 Too many imperfectionsApr 19, 2008

My girlfriend and I ordered the same article. In each of both kit, she had about 12 pieces of flatware that had imperfections and I had about 16.
We both asked Amazon to replace the kit for us and the replacement kits were as bad. Using the "newly" replacement kits, we were both able to come up with a good kit but still not perfect.
This item is Made in Vietnam. I would think that Vietnam would be better than China -- perhaps they are better at something but they should stay away from flatware.
I wouldn't buy this product again at all.

Got this as a wedding gift and we have been using the set for about a year. We run it through the dishwasher regularly and the set has held up well (looks as good as new). I saw the other reviewer mention imperfections, but I didn't have that problem at all. I purchased my set from BB&B and I used a 20% off coupon, so I got a good deal.

First I will say this silverware is durable. It's manufactured very well, keeps it's look and shine, and is very nice looking. I am very happy with the look and durability of this product.
However, maybe it's just me, but the stems of the forks and spoons sometimes run a little short and cause you to stab yourself in the hand when using them. The stabbing happens when you stir, eat, scoop, etc. I just wish the stems were longer--that's my only complaint.
