This pillow is very comfortable and conforms much better than those blow-up pillows to the curves of the tub. It comes down low enough to support the shoulders and over the back of the tub to support the neck. The massaging isn't really massaging - its just vibrations that are more annoying than relaxing. I don't even turn it on. I would have been happy to buy this without the massage feature.
