This cord is great. It is longer than the original cord and now I can put my Fry Daddy out from under the cabinet to cook in it and that is definately a good thing.

This item replaced the old temperature gauged cords and is hard to verify the oil temperature. You have to know what you are cooking- as to time the length of immersion for foods. After a few burnt products I discovered a method that kept my food safe.
Using this cord takes a little getting used to, but in the end. It works beautifully.
