Some good and some badSep 16, 2009

This product was ordered through Amazon, received on time and in excellent shape. After about two weeks I went to take a sauna and my heel went through the floor. I sent a picture of this to Amazon and they distributor sent me another complete floor. I have the following complaints:
The power package that controls the lights, ionizer and radio/cd had a loose wire. I found where it went and resoldered it. The radio has FM and MW (what ever that is). The CD plays fine but I consider the radio as worthless. My strongest complaint is about the installation, use and care manual of the sauna. It was obviously translated into English by a person that did not understand English. Many procedures of the use portion of the sauna is not explained and parts of the explanation are ridiculous. Example -- page 9 under IV Operations. Attentions -- Check the wire plug and voltage whether satisfied the needing of the instrument. page 11 under V Safety cautions -- Do not labber to the heater tube. (Nobody has been able to explain the word labber to me. page 12 VII Transportation -- Sauna is made of wood, therefore it should not expose in rain, and can not ship with the corrosive thing. Under Storage -- The storehouse should have no corrosive thing, and wind well
Please explain those two statements to me.
