Sharp edgesJun 25, 2007

This would be an excellent inflatable pillow but I don't know what they were thinking by not doing something about the inside seam. It is unbearable, it is sharp and scratchy and uncomfortable - the pillow is only useful if you are wearing a collar that you can turn up so that there is something between this pillow and your neck.

Great for bus commutersDec 23, 2006
By Denise Roberts Oliver Bought this for my husband who has a 2 hour (one way) commute by bus to work. He loves it. Now he can nap without waking up with a cramp in his neck. It is very portable, with a small carrying case and is easy to blow-up. A bargain for the price.

DisappointedJun 11, 2007
By J. Arriola Unfortunately, 2 out of the 4 I bought leaked after one use. One was hasn't been used yet and the other worked just fine. 2 are in the trash!

Okay, nothing great...Apr 07, 2007
By J. Kennedy I had high hopes for this thing since we were going on a long plane trip. I tried and tried to get comfortable with it but it was too bulky. My daughter refused to try it since it looks so dorky. On the way home I didn't even take it out; a folded airline pillow worked better. I will probably keep it and try it for a car or train trip, then it's off to the thrift store. I have to remark that it didn't leak air; it's just too chunky for me and the surface tries to be fleecy but doesn't quite make it. Maybe it will work better for someone else.

Great idea, terrible constructionNov 27, 2007
By Lurfy's Ma I bought 2 (not from Amazon). One of them was missing one half of the snaps that hold it together around my neck. The one that had the snaps, would not stay snapped. I'm 6'3" and 230, so maybe it works for smaller people.
The design seems like it should work well. I played with it a bit holding it together. But it doesn't have enough adjustment for larger people.
The snaps are totally inadequate. Terrible design. A simple Velcro strap on both sides would work perfectly and give more adjustment control. I may try sewing some Velcro to the little flaps. Without that, the things are useless for me.
Too bad. Good idea.
I would have rated this a zero, but 1 star is the lowest rating. What's up with that?
