Towel is ok, nicely sized... Only concern is that logo is just a press on... The term embellished was used to describe the logo, I incorrectly assumed it was an embroidered logo. Im guessing it'll wash off or start to crack after a few trips through the washer... Not the sellers fault, just the manufacturer

Although when I first saw this, I thought it was too big for a newborn, after using one of the smaller newborn hooded towels I have, I changed my mind. It is big enough to wrap him up completely and keep him from getting chilled after his bath. He is now 3 1/2 months old and the smaller towels are pretty much useless. The thick terry dries him off quickly and is very absorbent - thinner towels will leave you wet as the water soaks right through!

my son is 6 months old and this towel has been the perfect size since birth. NOT a whimpy, thin, small baby towel at all. It'll probably last until he is about a year old. Then, it might be too small.
