Stay away from thisJan 10, 2011

Got the hot tub in the mail ok. All the parts were included and setup was easy. The problem began when it took 2 days to reach it's peak temperature of about 91 degrees. It advertises at 104 but after leaving it on for longer than 3 days it never passed 91. If it wasn't such a hassle to return it would be in the mail already. Instead, I purchased a portable water heater that will aide in the heating of the device. Other than the heating, it works pretty well but it is a "hot" tub. So in that respect, it fails.
Update:
After having it for 4 months, I'm very displeased with it. The heating never got any better and requires an external heater to just function as a hot tub. The pump seems to have degraded and pumps slower now. Also the inflatable cover to keep debris out is not holding air anymore. When checked for punctures, there were more than 10 all around the seams so it's almost impossible to fix now. I'm not sure what to even do with this product anymore. The photos look fun in the product page but trust me, it won't turn out like that. Stay away from this device.

I tried this item three times. Amazon was great about taking returns and sending replacements. None of the boxes contained all the parts listed on the inventory sheet. The water bubbles well but the water temperature won't go much above 92---I'm in Texas. It's hot here in July! Save your money or try something else.
