This stuff works great!Sep 22, 2008
By Randall Newton I have been using No-Jet-Lag for about a year for transcontinental travel, but didn't feel I was really putting it to the test. Today is my first day back from a week in Barcelona. I feel normal -- which is VERY different from trips to Europe in recent years.
If you buy this stuff, follow the recommendations to the letter. And do realize that the product does not substitute for sleep. You still need your 8 hours every 24 (or whatever). What No-Jet-Lag does is relieve the other symptoms of long-distance travel across time zones. And as far as I'm concerned, it does it well.

Worked for me on my trip to IrelandSep 07, 2005
By J. McKnite I didn't want jet lag to mess up my vacation and knew I had to go to work the day after I returned from 10 days in Ireland. I was completely faithful to the No-Jet-Lag directions for the long flights. I had no jet lag when I got to Ireland and only feel somewhat tired from the return trip. I would take it again for a future trip.

Homeopathic No-Jet LagJun 05, 2010
By Kasekrainer I've used No Jet Lag on westbound and eastbound transpacific flights and I found it helps me adapt to jet lag, although the directions call for taking it every 2 hours, if I recall correctly, and that might interfere with a long nap. I suppose you should be moving around the cabin every 1 or 2 hours anyway to avoid DVT. I also take a Bayer vitamin B product (a dissolving tablet) called Berocca Performance, which is available in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia, and I've found that this helps overcome jet lag as well.
