Ordered this china place setting, brand new and reasonably priced, in ample time for a wedding shower, then held my breath hoping it would all work out. My confirmation said it was ordered from The Taylor Outlet. A shipping notice came quickly from "What's in the Bag." I called, confused about all the middle-men, and learned that "Taylor" and "Bag" were one in the same. A very courteous man told me that he had added extra padding to the Lenox packaging to ensure safe arrival, and even included tissue paper to dress it up for gifting! It arrived in three days and in perfect condition. Thanks, Amazon, and KUDOS to The Taylor Outlet/What's in the Bag--a very caring vendor! The bride is happy, too!
