Not a perfect fit for the Impressa F9Oct 05, 2010

The Claris filter is manufactured for the Jura Coffemakers, but does not fit the F9 perfectly. It only has 3 slots to lock in place however the water container comes with 4 blades which should lock into 4 slots. It still fits, but the clearyl water filter has a better fit.
Cheaper than you thinkMay 22, 2012
By Michael Guerra If you buy the 4 pack they are $15.00 each and you get 500 cups per filter. That's 3 cents a cup. How much do you pay for a cup of coffee at Starbucks? Factor in the cost of coffee beans and the per cup amortized cost of the coffee machine as well as the per use electricity consumption and this is way cheaper than coffee house coffee! And these filters will reduce or eliminate calcium buildup failures. The Jura machines cost from $800.00 to $3,000.00 each. Spend the $15.00 per 500 cups. Cheap insurance. I cut one open to see how it works. It is filled with a layer of what appears to be tiny carbon granules, and another layer of resin beads. I am guessing the resin beads are a one time use water softener to eliminate calcium and the carbon is to reduce chlorine and possibly other chemicals. If the beads also act as a sediment filter I don't know. This is just my speculation as I am not a filter expert.
helps make a great cup of coffeeOct 16, 2011

Apparently the Jura is so smart it tracks whether the filter is replaced in a timely fashion or not; if not replaced properly you may void your warranty. For me, it's worth spending a little extra on these filters so the machine functions properly and it never lets me down in making the very BEST cup coffee.
PerfectJul 07, 2011
By Carolyn Piscitelli The Jura-Capresso 7520 water care cartridge fit li a glove. It delivers filtered water. I have been buying them for the past 4 years and have never had a problem. They last longer than other filters I have bought. I will remain with these filters. They are perfect.
