The item was shipped quickly and the machine works great.
The hardest thing to figure out is the brand name of the product, which there is none.
The information booklet is vague with a warranty form that is worthless because there is no address anywhere to send it to.
And a first of its kind is there was no receipt or shipping invoice.
Just the no name product in a box with the return address being a PO box.
Something is definitely not above board with this business and its product but the machine does work well.

My ionic foot bath was shipped quickly. However, something is wrong with the machine. It beeps loudly and the display says "add water" when there is an adequate amount of water in the basin. I emailed the seller through Amazon some time back (2 or 3 weeks ago) and have not received an answer yet. I emailed them again through Amazon. There is no telephone number listed with Amazon. The only way to contact MegaWholesalers is through Amazon, and that is not effective. On the positive side, the machine does work. Just that annoying beeping! There's another seller here on Amazon that sells the exact same machine--I'd buy from them, not MegaWholesalers.
