I use the IR sauna 2-3 times a week, and it's wonderful. You do sweat far more than in a traditional steam sauna, so beware. You'll want to keep towels handy (and I place a hand towel over the accompanying inflatable pillow). I get inside, set it for 30 minutes, put on headphones and go into deep relaxation. My only complaint is, they really did make this just big enough for an average-sized woman. I'm 5'6", and with my head outside, if I stretch my toes I'll touch the ceramic heater/blower (which hasn't harmed me). If I feel like pulling my legs up for a bit, my knees will touch the top of the dome, and THAT is hot.

I love this infrared sauna dome myself. It would have been an awesome purchase for me personally even if I didn't use it in my practice. I chose this unit over the infrared bags because of the user reviews that mentioned you swim in your own sweat in the bag. This dome is the ideal solution. I wrap my client with a sheet to absorb the sweat so they stay both warm and dry. I see consistent results with loss in inches. And I can feel a difference in my own pain levels with the infrared light. Recommended.

I bought this sauna and I moved it to the other room and it has literally quit working. I payed $550.00 for this infrared sauna. I'm the only one who has used it except for my son a few times. I absolutely love it and it's not even a year old. I'm careful with it but I'm really upset because that's a lot of money to spend especially in this economy. It has done great wonders for my health. Can anyone help me? this is really unfair. I really need this for my health. Thank-you for responding if anyone has any suggestions? I don't know how to get in touch with the buyer on Amazon to let them know. It's to fragile for the price of money but it's the best health benefit I have EVER purchased.
