The light-weight foam collapses from the weight of my top leg from 3.25" to around an 1" (i am 6' 175) so that the space is no longer optimal. The velcro strap can accommodate a "knee" in up to a 26" in circumference so when you adjust it for a normal knee there is lots of strap flapping about and very little velcro fastener overlap.
I've gone back to a pillow.

My husband needed hip replacement surgery and this pillow has really helped him before and after surgery. The velcro strap keeps the pillow in place while you are asleep.

This product did not help me at all. It was clumsy when I tried to turn over at night. I don't use it at all!

This is a small little square of foam with a velcro strap to go around your leg. This is a big joke. These type of products need to be tried on back surgery patients first. If they work for them then they would work for all. Memory foam ones don't work either. You need a sturdy foam contour one. It is hard trying to find one that works is expensive and hard to do. So I am off to find another one to try. LOL

You don't lose this one in the covers at night when you roll over. The foam could be a little firmer & for someone with a small leg the velcro strap isn't sized too well. All in all, though, I like it.
