I saw this product advertised in my Redbook magazine. It had a wonderful write-up stating that it would help people with lower back pain. I have had lower back pain for several years now, especially from sleeping in odd positions. I thought this pillow would be my answer! Well, I received the pillow in the mail and was disappointed. The hard foam with a slip covering on it was anything but comfortable. The pillow was hard as a rock! I tried the product for three nights in a row. The pillow was so hard that my face and ear actually hurt in the morning! There was no way it could help my back as the pillow was too difficult to sleep on.

THIS CERVICAL PILLOW WAS WAY TOO HARD. I COULD NOT GET USED TO IT. I WILL STICK WITH CORE PRODUCTS FROM NOW ON.

The 3 Zone Cervical Support Pillow is a pillow you will need to break in for awhile. I tried the Duro-Med Stress-Ease Pillow Support first but it was too soft for my comfort. This one feels just a bit too firm. Perhaps using it for half an hour or so each night gradually increasing the time may help. ~ Mrs. B.

this pillow is a hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable to us. I did not realize that the company has a no return policy on this product. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

This pillow is okay, but it sure is nothing special. I was told I needed a cervical pillow by my doctor. That it would help with the neck pain I've been having, but this pillow really isn't better than the one I had previously been using. The pillows at the doctor's office were $60, so I thought I'd save some money buying this one. It really wasn't worth it. Cervical pillows are nice, but buy the brand your doctor recommends, if you have neck pain.
