Sadly, the 8 place settings I received (twice for first shipment was damaged in transit)were NOT what was ordered. I tried to order what was pictured, plate, salad, cup and saucer. I received plate, salad, rim soup, and mug. Second shipment also had three sets shattered in shipment. Very poor packing is utilized by shipper. Amazon says the picture is the correct items per their number, ASIN" B0000CFNCZ, perhaps it is but if one looks at the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION you will see it says MUG and SOUP, not CUP and SAUCER. I still want my original items ordered and await Amazons reply.

I had 8 sets for over 15 years, and wanted another 4 sets... They arrived timely and in perfect condition, tho the mugs were slightly rattling around when I opened them. No visible damage, all of them were in boxes made for the set, tho 3 of them were additionally wrapped in protective bubble wrap, the fourth one was not, and was placed on the outside instead of between two of the bubble wrapped ones... but they all made it OK. The newer ones are slightly whiter than the rest of the set, but you can only tell that when they are stacked together. Not sure if they've changed the makeup of the white, or if time and usage causes them to darken... but they arrived in great condition and we're loving using them now!

The picture shows exactly what I received. I did not expect a tea cup and saucer since it was not shown in the picture and list. I ordered 6 place settings. The dishes came in a box that was very battered but everything was so well packed that nothing was broken. The dishes arrived in a timely manner and this was a great price. I am giving these as a present for Christmas and I am thrilled at what a nice gift this is for the amount of money I spent.
