"simple thoughts"
I got this pillow for the europe trip in October. The malleable shape of the pillow helped me to have a good in-flight sleep throughout the trip. I have a long neck. The regular neck pillow is just kinda low for me and causes soreness when I fall asleep. This pillow however, give me the height and level of firmness i needed. It is actually best to use leaning to the window, fill up the gap between the neck, hug around it while cushioning the head. The massager is operated by 2 AA batteries. Use it a bit in-flight but quit that because the vibration it cause might have disturbed the passager next to me. Overall, it is a worthy pillow on the go. I fold it into half and use it as pillow in the hotel as well.
p/s. the motor and malleable parts in the pillow has caused some alert for rescanning x2 by the TSA from Houston but no problem when re-enter from Washington DC. May be the TSA staff are just being more cautious. I would suggest to pull the pillow out from the bag/backpack.

I recently did a study abroad in Australia. I used the pillow on two 15 hour plane rides, and three 8 hour car trips. The pillow really helps support you neck and the vibration helps you keep from getting stiff when sitting for long hours. I really enjoyed the fact that I could just bend the pillow around my backpack strap and not have to worry about it coming off. The only complaint I have is that the batteries come loose pretty easy when hauling the pillow around. Other than that it is wonderful.

I love this pillow and make sure to bring it with me on long flights or car rides. It's got just the right firmness to it, so you can adjust it to your comfort level and still get good support for your head. I've tried other travel pillows, including the kind you inflate, and none allowed me to feel as comfortable and well-rested as this one does. It stops your head from doing that forward roll. I don't bother much with the massager, and I will say, it's a bit bulky, but it is worth finding some room in your carry-on for this thing!

My son has a Sensory Integration Disorder and is in constant motion all day. His therapist recommended I buy a vibrating pillow to help him sleep at night. We decided on this one since it could be bent and we hoped would be more comfortable when sleeping. It used to take him an hour to go to sleep; he is now asleep in 5 minutes! It runs on 2 double A batteries. We found that they need hot glued in place or the batteries come loose easily.

I buy a lot of gifts and this was one of them. It is not as nice as the previous brand by another company but she still likes it. It has a plug hole it seems to plug something into it, what I don't know but we find that weird. It also doesn't have a removable cover so you can wash it either. There wasn't a need to return it but wouldn't give it 5 stars. It's ok though for the price.
