this product looks like a good idea, and the price is right, but in this case you get what you pay for. the massager is not weighty or ergonomically designed well enough to really rest on the areas it's supposed to be massaging. most of the benefit it would or should be doing gets vibrated into the air AROUND my neck and shoulders. also, the heat is concentrated in a 2 inch circle just at the back of my neck, but sometimes i don't even feel that. this product was disappointing and does next to nothing for the tightness in my neck and shoulders as i'd hoped it would.

I don't really care for it at all. It's TOO loud. It needs to be more flexible & hug the neck better. The heat is almost non-existent.

This thing vibrates but it's not very comfortable and it never heats up. I'm going to return it and try again.

I was really excited to buy this when I saw it as a Target Daily Deal at $14. I just got it and really not that impressed by it. When you take it out of the box, you simply plug the included cord into the massager and the other end into the wall. It's really easy to set up. The controls are easy to use- you turn a dial to increase or decrease vibration, and there's an on/off switch for the heat setting. You can move the arms in and out (there are about 3 different settings so you can get it to fit on your shoulders).
Sounds good, right? Well...first, the vibration is a good idea, but realize that's all it does- it does not really massage your shoulders in any other way. I don't know if the heating element in mine is broken or not- I can barely feel the heat working on it, and I left it on for awhile in case it was simply slow to heat. Finally, the whole unit, even with the 3 different settings, doesn't fit the best on my shoulders. I feel like it should be a little more snug, so I situated myself in a chair to put pressure on it so the arms would be tighter to my shoulders. I'm a "normal" sized woman...about 5'7", in shape, and I'm not petite, so I was disappointed that it didn't fit very well.
Overall, for the price I paid, I guess that I shouldn't have expected much more. I would NOT recommend this to someone...it's a waste of $15-25, depending on how much you pay for it.

Received as a gift and was excited for my first use. I was immediately disappointed. The "massager" is to loud and not effective. It just sits on your shoulders with not adjustment capability. Heat? I really wasn't able to feel any heating results. Don't waste your money or your time. Another great cheap product from China. Thanks Conair!
