The actual installation was a bit challenging because of the location of my toilet, not because of the unit. Had the toilet not been in a corner, it would have been exceptionally easy. Instructions (installation and operation) are well-written, understandable, and complete. ALL necessary parts included! And, it works like a dream. I expect to use it for many years. I compared this model with several others from many manufacturers (on Amazon and others) and selected it because it seemed to have everything one would need - heated seat, heated (tankless) water, several choices of spray pattern and strength, deodorizer, and temperature controlled air dryer. It looks pretty good, too. Kudos to Amazon, the manufacturer, and the seller. I am impressed.

If only I had known years ago that you could get a bidet without buying a whole toilet or separate bidet. We rent and obviously those options were not available to us. I have fissures and it has been awful. My surgeon suggested a bidet but I didn't think that was possible. Instead I was left trying to use a sitz bath that sits on the toilet seat. It was messy and uncomfortable. I happened to stumble upon one of these here on Amazon. I did some research and decided to give it a try. Can I tell you how much nicer this is? I had an active fissure when we got this. After two days I was healing up and haven't bled since. Though this is a bit strange to get used to at first, it is wonderful. I feel cleaner and fresher. My husband loves it as much as I do. The remote is handy and very customizable for the water pressure, water temp, spray location, and spray type. The dryer won't dry you bone dry on its own, blot yourself then use dry cycle. This was well worth the price. It installed quite easily and pretty quickly. Will definitely purchase another if we move and have different size toilet or an additional toilet.

Simple, Efficient, hands free, paper free, kids friendly and little maintenance makes this product a winner and a must have.
Amazingly that most Americans are oblivious of this simple concept for the bathrooms.

I have had my Coco 9500 Bidet installed for about 2 weeks now, all I can say is that I love it! I feel so much fresher than the old T.P. way of life. It was easy to install. It is also very user friendly. I love the dryer especially. Some other less expensive models I looked at did not have the dryer, and I almost tried to save the $ and skimp out on this feature. In my opinion it is a must, otherwise you are defeating the purpose by needing to use T.P. to dry up. I also love the user preset feature. I have this in my master bath, so I am the only one to use this (lucky me), I have set 3 of the user presets based on my needs for the visit to my COCO(not to be too gross but #1, #2, and that time of the month). This is great because instead of having to play around with all the options, I just push one button and voila, all taken care of. The only thing if I have to mention a negative is that, the electrical outlet thing can be an issue. Most toilets do not have an outlet behind it towards the floor. I had to hire someone to come and install that. Still to me though it was no biggie, and definitely worth it. Just something to plan for.

The CoCo Bidet is absolutely fantastic. I have had mine for about 1 1/2 years and it is wonderful. I had female problems throughout the years and after purchasing this I had not had one. I purchased it just for me and do not want to share it. It is strictly mine.
I would recommend this product to everyone. You are so clean and fresh. This
product has spoiled me, as when I travel, I really miss it.
Give it a try, you will love..........it. This is an exceptional product and I do believe more and more people will buy this and truly enjoy this extraordinary
