We first used this type of bidet when we were in Japan and have thought about buying one for a couple years. My son bought a Coco bidet and highly recommended it so we checked the company's models and after much deliberation decided to buy two, one for the master bath and one for the powder room. We are so glad that we did as we use them daily. Our Cocos are actually better than those that we used in Japan. We did check out some other brands but, for features and price, Coco is the best. It is well constructed and works well. Some of our friends have regular bidets and are quite impressed with the Coco having never seen anything like it.

We recently tried a TOTO bidet at the Aria hotel in Vegas and had to get one for ourselves. We shopped around and ended up getting a two-fer great deal from the manufacturer on the COCO 9500R. Everyone who tries it loves it & wants one themselves. It's really funny how quickly we've become attached--it is "odd" now to have to go other places! This COCO is every bit as nice as the TOTO, if not better. The cost is much more affordable as well. My husband did have to run the electrical to both bathrooms, but we are fortunate that he has those skills, as it would probably cost a lot to have an electrician out. The actual install of the seats was simple and the operation is easy as well. Highly recommend a COCO for the bobo!!

Install it for about 10 days and it works like a charm, the installation is a little hard for me as I am not as handy under a very tight space. Connecting those pipes took some effort and right tools. There are many connections that worry me for accidental leak, therefore I have to purchase addtional plumping tape to endure a tight connection. The package come with everythinge except the white plumbing tape. Since there are tons of deposit when I remove the old connector, I decided to install the two water filter that come with the package. I will said it tooks me almost 1 hours to complete the whole job, starting with removal of the old seat! Luckily that my house already have the elec outlet next to the toilet that save me lots of time and $$$.
The quality of this product is as good as the Toto I used before at some of the hotel I stayed, I hope it will last as long as Toto! But what a great buy here! The remote control is beautifully mounted onto the wall and it really make the bathroom looks expensive!

Great item. I did a lot of research on other bidet toilet seats. The is the best one. The price is more than fair and it has all the functions you would want.
Extremely easy to install, took me about 15 minutes. The remote control pad is nice and large.

Highly Recommended! I bought this bidet after using a friend's Toto Bidet that cost 3 times more and the 9500R is better in my opinion. Has all the extras and operates easily. I like the feature which provided warm water for an extended period, not just a minute. You need power next to the seat which people don't realize before they get any bidet seat.
