I just received this Bidet and installed it over the weekend. Installation was a snap- straightforward and all needed components were included in the box. Set-up was fine and the unit works perfectly. This Bidet operates exactly like the units I experienced in Asia. The remote works nicely and has clear, understandable controls. That is good since this unit has a lot of features. I can control seat temp, water temp, nozzle positions, and water force.
I chose this unit over others for price/value. It has the drying feature and deoderizer for less money than other units without these features. I like the damped seat and lid. Just give them a nudge and they close slowly and quietly by themselves. The unit operates quietly- both the deoderizer fan and the jets.
I am very happy with this product. After experiencing these Bidets in Asia over the years I am very glad to have one of my own at home now.

This device may seem strange to some - it has been cause for whispers, questions and jokes from visitors - but it is a great device for its purpose - personal hygiene. Good quality. Highly recommended.

I have wanted a bidet toilet seat ever since I went to the local plumb store to buy a new toilet and saw a Kohler bidet seat. The $1500 price tag was daunting, but our plumber gave me the name of a woman who had him install one. So I called her and she told me that there was another brand that was apparently more affordable--Coco. I went to their website and all the features of the Kohler were available on the Coco brand (except the blue light under the seat) for A LOT LESS MONEY! In fact, Coco had a special offer allowing us to purchase two of their bidet seats for a fraction of the cost of one Kohler bidet seat. How could I go wrong? The seats arrived within a week and we had our plumber install them when he installed the new toilet. I LOVE my Coco bidet toilet seat and so does my husband! It does everything it advertises and we haven't had a single glitch. In fact, I can't imagine NOT having a Coco bidet seat. It has become a "must-have" just like other appliances that maybe aren't essentials but I wouldn't want to live in a house without them. By the way, I also "sold" two Coco bidet toilet seats to my best friend when I told her about ours.

My wife talked me into this bidet for our new bathroom....I was skeptical...and not too sure about all that spraying and drying of my body parts....but it is very enjoyable....I am thinking of putting a magazine rack in the bathroom so I can have an excuse to sit longer....

Have owned two for about 7 months and find it hard to go to the bathroom anywhere else but at home! These bidets add great comfort to the experience and had a wide range of functionality. Easily installed however mounting hardware could be better!
