5Does A Great JobMar 29, 2012
By Gail K. Powers "Abra"
This loaf pan is probably the nicest one I've ever owned. It has a non-stick coating and a thick dark metal core that produces abgreat loaf of bread that has a lovely golden brown crust. It releases the loaf with a tip of the pan and clean-up is a snap.
I also use this for a variety of sweet and savory breads, pound cake, and even meatloaf. Results are great for anything made in this pan.
After initially using it a few times, I ended up buying three more identical pans to cover my holiday baking needs and those rare occasions when I make more than one loaf of bread. I even use it in place of my bread machine after i use it to mix and knead the bread because I like the size and shape of the loaf pan.
I have been using these pans for over a year and am pleased to report that they still look new. Clean up is consistently effortless regardless of whether you are making bread or a meatloaf. Nothing sticks to this pan.

5Excellent quality for the moneyMar 31, 2011
By Nettie Scott
I bake a lot of bread and am always testing pans to see which work best to get a good crust and a light, moist interior crumb. These pans do very well. They are solid durable metal with a non-stick finish. Because of the thickness of the metal they bake very nicely. I find them to be as serviceable as cast iron or USA pans. USA pans are a little pricier so the Circulon does the same fantastic job for a bit less money.

I recall reading that Circulon was the first company to do a non-stick coating on cooking utensils. Everything I in my kitchen made by Circulon has been great. No more tinny aluminum pans for me. Ciculon makes great cake, bread and muffin pans. I think they will last many, many years. My Circulon non-stick skillet is now four years old and going strong even though it gets used almost every day.

5FabulousNov 25, 2010

This is a fabulous piece of bakeware for baking breads and/or meatloaf. No pre-greasing necessary - meatloaf and bread just pop right out - very heavy duty quality - love this pan - have tossed all my other ones.
