this is by far the best stainless roaster on the market for the money,good weight to the pan, great in oven and for deglazing on stovetop.
I am very happy i purchased this and will probably not buy another roaster for a long time

Superior Quality,Comercial grade cookware- Great pan at a fraction of the cost of a comparable roasting pan made by al-cald.Great reviews on this one. I've cooked with this pan in another kitchen and decided I need one too. Couldn't be happier!

I haven't used this too many times, but it does the trick. It is very sturdy yet light, the roasting rackworks perfectly for a big 18lb turkey and a 4lb chicken (separately). I would recommend!

This product is excellent. It feels substantial enough to hold heavy items with ease. Be careful to hold the pan level when putting it in the oven, or the non-stick V-rack can slide a little.
