The material and quality of the bag is good. The inside Liner is waterproof, it won't leak (at least not yet) when filled with ice - I've used the bag twice now since I've recieved it. The compartment holds two standard bottles of wine with extra space for squeezing in two 16oz water bottles and still space to fill with ice. The two times that I've used it the liner has not leaked. Note, with two bottles of wine, some water bottles, and ice - the bag will get/feel heavy after a long walk. The napkins that come with the bag are cloth, the two cups are plastic - more like acrylic a little better than your standard supermakert cup - Not super fancy but nice and functional. The cutting board will slip out and fall if you happen to forget to hold it when dumping ice out of the bag. It also comes with a waiter style wine bottle opener which is a little more on the cheapy side - but it works, but a nicer waiter style wine bottle opener will only cost a few bucks, so if/when the bottle opener breaks it's no big deal. The side compartments are on the small side, you can squeeze in some sun glasses in there case, mind you the case and sun glsses shouldn't be bulky or they wont fit. So the only downside is there is not much "cargo" space for extras if you happen to fill the compartment with ice, otherwise the main bottle compartment is really the only significant carry space, so if you're carrying red wines - no problem - no ice, white wines on the other hand - that's a different story. But for my purposes - I only want to carry wine, and some small cheeses - so it suits my purpose. This is definitely NO picknick bag, unless you carrying very little ice at the bottom and some sodas, pilled with other things on top of that so you don't get the other stuff wet. Well those are my two cents, hope it helps you make a decision. Overall, good quality, decent bag, only four stars not five because the lack of "cargo" space.
