Spouse came back from Japan and HAD to get a bidet. We picked this one over others because it included the warm air dryer. The product is easy to install. The remote is mounted to the wall; super easy to navigate. Had to have an electrician install a special outlet next to the toilet. We are very satisfied with this product. Highly recommend it.

I purchased the Brondell 800 after vacationing in Tokyo. It's been 3 years plus with the Brondell. Still works like a charm. Highly recommend this product.

It is very eash to install, but you have to have an electric outlet close to your toilet. Love the timesafe set up and the ease to use it. My wife is to happy with it that she bought another one for our kids.
