I purchased this after having in our previous rented place a Toto washlet installed by the owner. Obviously I didn't want to spend as much so went for this one.
Nice, fit well, thought it makes the overall "hole" a bit smaller than the existing one.
Pressure is not really high, just enough for the "job"
Very easy to install, I did it myself in say 45min following clear instructions
By the way we also ordered this because the toilet won't support too much paper and get blocked.
For the one who really want the hot water feature, this is a good compromise otherwise I also purchase a BB 1000, no electronic involved, cold water, no warm seat and pressure relying to your water pressure supply which most of the time is really high. If I had to purchase a model again I would just go for the simple one, also very easy to install and do not reduce the hole. Main reason being the pressure that you can control manually while using it and get very high if you want to in order to clean the "aera" :-)
