I wasn't hopeful because of the low price but this is pretty well constructed and is well designed. It took less than an hour to install with both cold and hot water feeds, all needed parts were included, no leaks. I'd highly recommend this product. The jet cleaning/water warm up is a nice function.

Please note that the picture of this item is not what you get. Several weeks ago I ordered and installed a Bio Bidet #BBC-50. I have been extremely pleased with it so decided to order one for the other bathroom. The picture was of the BBC-50 model so even they call it the Elite 2, I thought it was the same. So I installed it, even though I noted that the quality did not look as good as the first one, and it does work OK. The stream is much too strong and if you happen to turn the flow control the wrong way, I think you could get an enema at the same time. The stream is so strong that it is uncomfortable. But so far, no leaks and for the money, I'll keep it.

Easy to install, works great. I recommend this for any bathroom. Vendor has Fast service too. It was everything that the ad said it was.
