This is a fantastic product and works exactly as described. The best feature has to be the heated seat. If you've never used a heated seat toilet, you don't know what you're missing.
The one caveat I'll note: mine leaked from the bottom (very slightly) when I first installed it. I was worried I'd gotten a defective unit, but I had not installed it correctly. You attach a plastic mounting bracket to the toilet, and slide the BB-800 onto it. If you do not slide it on far enough for it to latch in place, it can leak out of the base. The instructions don't mention this. When you've got it far enough on, you shouldn't be able to slide it back off (removing it is a different process).

Easy to install. Operates as advertised. Disappointed in the way it works for a handicapped person unable to adjust him self so the spray hits in the correct place. Opening is a little small, and I am still working with instructions to see if I can adjust the direction of the water spray.
