 Love that warm seat, but a buyer should know.....Mar 30, 2010
Ahhh the warm seat is my favorite feature of this product! But one should know, especially the gals, that the water stream comes directly from the rear only, is quite forceful, and can be uncomfortable on the female extra- sensitive anatomy. Sometimes it has made me jump even on the lowest pressure setting! Yowza!! Also, I have to scoot back to clean all the right parts. I have the round version, perhaps the elongated version would be different. The warm water is really nice, but lasts only a few seconds and starts to get cool. I think that this seat is best designed for the guys. My fiancee really likes it. I have another bidet upstairs that produces a much higher volume of water with less force; I like like that one much better. Unfortunately, this is a nonreturnable product so buyer be careful....

We bought ours in 2006, it only had a year warranty then. So in 2008 we had to replace the seat. It broke where it makes it lower slowly.
Now it is 2009 and the solinoid(sp) that allows it to spray water has apparently gone out.
They want 125 to replace it.
Don't remember what we paid for the seat, but it was probably 50 bucks.
So if you expected it to last a while, I would look elsewhere.

Once you use one of these, you won't want to go back to tp. There's just one important thing you need to remember. You MUST plug them in to a GFCI outlet OR as a friend informed me, you can buy a portable GFCI outlet at Lowe's or Home Depot. Since an electrician wanted over $500 to install two GFCI outlets, I chose the portable at $14 each. Another good tip is to use a surge protector and then you can turn it off and on when needed thus having extra protection and also saving electricity, the environment, and money. :)

I had come back from Korea a few months ago and got into a bad habit of not using toilet paper. Using an electronic bidet is a life changing habit that is very hygenic and cost saving. I wanted to buy one there but they didn't sell the 110V version. So I got mine online, the BB1000 which works better than most of the ones I have used overseas. Very simple to install (no plumbing experience neccessary), fun and comfotable to use, looks great on the toilet, and it will save you a lot of money on toilet paper. Biobidet - UCI Inc. is an old Korean company that came out with the first ever Bidet made in Korea. The Hilton in Korea uses the BB1000 on all their toilets. Still not convinced? Ask yourself this...would you wash your hands with a paper towel? then why would you wipe your butt with paper?
