I bought the adapter plate with this since Dynex doesn't give you any VESA mounting sizes. I did not even need it. Bolted right up. Anyone can do this very simple install. A+

IT DOES NOT WORK FOR 32 LCD,, PLEASE FORGET IT. YOU NEED TO BUY AN ADAPTER.
