Home theater on a budgetFeb 06, 2007

Light, easy to install. Looks great and works well with the Infocus IN72 projector in my basement rec room. You could pay much more a screen (and projector) however, most people would probably be happy with this screen.

The screen looks great for the price. I wouldn't spend hundreds more on a top name screen. My only gripe was the horrible chemical smell that came from the screen when new. It subsided eventually but was headache inducing and probably killed the last of my few remaining brain cells.

UPS destroyed the first one so it didn't arrive as quickly as I had hoped but another one was shipped right away. The screen is nice quality, easy to mount, and works well with my HDTV projector. The price is right and it's definitely an improvement over viewing on a white wall.

Bought it and installed it. The screen was flat and provided a crisp, nicely contrasted picture... for about 3 weeks. Now, there are deformed areas of the screen that make the picture look "melty". If I'd known it would deform this badly, I would have just painted the wall.

I read many good reviews about this screen, and decided it was too good a deal to not try. GLAD I DID! This screen is everything I read and then some. Solid in construction, smooth in operation, the screen also provides an excellent image for the price. I am sure very expensive screens are better, but I wouldn't buy a $300 screen of similar characteristics over this one. Yes, it will smell initially, but mine was gone after about a day or 2 of being out and extended (I do not roll mine up regularly as it is a dedicated theater room). LOVE THIS SCREEN AND THE VALUE!
