 Not quite what it was advertizes as.Dec 20, 2008

The sauna arrived in great shape and went together very easly. The only part was it was advertized on Amazon as having exterior and interior controls. When we got it assembled we found there was NO exterior controls. Other than that it is great. Sad to say that is one of the things we wanted. But we will live with it. Just hope Amazon corrects there mistake.

The company was very professional - calling us every couple of days to let us know that they are spending 5 days giving the sauna a final inspection. We love the sauna and are very pleased with our purchase. However, some discrepancies in the company's claims such as - you can't plug it into a regular 15 amp. lighting circuit (it requires a higher rated breaker & wire). Presently, we just keep sauna at a lower temp. to not trip the breaker. It took 2 people (men) much longer than the recommended 90 minutes to install.
Other than that, would highly recommend this sauna - it is beautifully constructed & works great - we stress Less!
