This sauna arrived and my husband and I tried to assemble, but one panel was warped and would not fit together so it ended up taking three men (one to push against opposite side) and two who tried to slip the panel in. Had it not been warped I think we would have been able to do it on our own in about an hour. The instructions are bad. You have to take apart the top panels to get the cords out to plug in. The thermostat/timer will only read in Celcius (centigrade) not in regular degrees. So I calculated to figure out where I need to set it. The backrest is useless and the pegboard to hang a towel on is too big so I hang it on the door handle. I would recommend going to a two person unit if you have space because this is a small unit and it is not comfortable for even an average size person. The craftmanship of this unit is poor, but then it is made in China. Even after saying all of this I have to admit I'm addicted to this sauna. It has lowered my blood sugar and I feel better using it. It goes back to the old saying "you get what you pay for".
